We’re asking everyone to do a quick check-in when you visit

If you’re coming in to ask about a missing parcel, report noise, follow up on maintenance, or anything else, use the small PC next to our door to check in when you arrive.

It takes seconds, and it really helps us keep track of how many students (and the occasional lost courier) we’re supporting each day.

Can I still just pop in?

Absolutely. Our hub door will still be open most of the time, so you can still swing by and say hi.

What if the door is closed?

If the door is closed, it usually means the team is out and about or in a meeting.

In that situation, please don’t check in yet. Just wait until a staff member is back, or until the door opens, then check in as normal.
