Get ready for the return of Watt Fest at our Edinburgh campus! 

Watt Fest is an end of semester celebration for students and staff before the exam and assessment diet starts.   The festival is an all-day celebration taking place on Wednesday 25 March from 12 - 8 pm, being open to all our HWU community to attend. 

Some of the highlighs from the event will include: 

• Watching Team Blue vs Team Yellow battle it out at Oriam to win this year's Watt Cup 
• Enjoy Festival village at the Walled Garden from 12 - 5 pm, with food trucks, inflatable games, a marquee and lots of festival fun
• Evening music from 'Country at Heart' atg the Student Union from 5 - 8 pm.

While you don't need to book a ticket to take part in the Watt Cup events, you will need a ticket for entry into the Festival Village and evening music performance.  Your ticket should be booked in advance or on the day of the event at the entrance to the Festival Village.   So what are you waiting for? With a coach providing transport from our Galashiels campus to our Edinburgh campus, our Scottish Borders students can also enjoy the festivities. The coach will depart from the Galashiels campus at 1.30 pm and return from our Edinburgh campus at 8.30 pm.  Book your ticket for the coach in advance of the event, here .
